PT Clinic Manager

POSITION: CLINIC MANAGER (PT CLINIC)

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical support, administrative functions, and overall performance of the physical therapy clinic. The Clinic Manager will work closely with physical therapists, clinic staff, patients, physicians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (preferably medical allied course)
• With at least one year of managerial experience, preferably in the medical industry
• Amenable to work onsite

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical therapy clinic.
• Ensure that clinic schedules, patient flow, appointments, and administrative processes are properly managed.
• Monitor clinic facilities, equipment, supplies, and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure that the clinic is clean, safe, organized, and conducive to patient care.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure that patients receive professional, efficient, and courteous service.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of physical therapists, assistants, receptionists, and other clinic personnel.
