Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi perencanaan demand untuk memastikan akurasi forecasting penjualan dan ketersediaan stok yang optimal.
Memimpin proses Sales & Operations Planning (S&op;) untuk menyelaraskan kapasitas supply dengan kebutuhan pasar.
Mengontrol level persediaan (inventory control) guna meminimalkan risiko overstock maupun stock-out.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Marketing, Produksi, Procurement, dan Logistik untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional rantai pasok.
Menganalisis data historis penjualan, tren pasar, dan pola permintaan untuk meningkatkan akurasi forecast.
