PT Embroidery Production Assistant

Love Thy Beast is a growing pet apparel and accessories brand looking for a creative, detail-oriented Embroidery & Production Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on position working with our embroidered and personalized pet products. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to sew, enjoys making things, has a great eye for detail, and is comfortable learning new production techniques.

Experience with Brother embroidery machines is especially helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete daily embroidery and personalized product orders
• Operate embroidery machines to produce clean, high-quality finished products
• Prepare garments and products for embroidery, including hooping and placement
• Perform basic sewing and finishing work as needed
• Check finished products carefully for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Package and label completed orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Keep embroidery supplies, thread, blanks, and production materials organized
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
• Photograph and film finished products and behind-the-scenes work
• Help create simple, engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Post new embroidery projects, personalized products, and other creative work to social media

Qualifications

• Embroidery experience is required
• Experience with Brother embroidery machines is a big plus
• Comfortable working with machines and learning new equipment
• Strong attention to detail—spelling, placement, thread colors, and finishing all matter
• Creative with a good eye for color and design
• Comfortable taking photos and short-form videos
• Social media experience, particularly Instagram and TikTok, is a plus
• Organized and able to manage multiple orders at once
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to maintain quality while working efficiently and meeting deadlines
