About the Role

This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Member Services Representative (MSR), you are the face of CAA Niagara — the first and lasting impression for our members, whether they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.

This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. You’ll wear many hats — from sales advisor and customer support specialist to travel insurance consultant — all while staying on the move and adapting to meet the needs of the day. Your ability to connect, adapt, and create exceptional experiences is what makes you a standout.

The hourly wage for this role is $19.74.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CAA Niagara with professionalism and pride as a brand ambassador.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building trust and loyalty with members.
  • Assist members with a variety of services, including membership, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.
  • Flexibly move between tasks, roles, and locations based on daily operational needs.
  • Provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to ensure every member leaves with value.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and other digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
  • Outgoing, dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
  • Able to thrive in a busy, fast-changing work environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends

Education & Experience

  • Secondary School Diploma preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles
  • Previous experience in a multi-tasking or fast-paced environment considered an asset

Working Conditions

  • Standard office environment with frequent computer use and digital systems
  • Occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to meet operational or business needs

What’s In It For You

  • Growth, training, and development opportunities
  • Wellness and Green Living Reimbursement Program
  • Participation in the Give Where You Live community program
