PT Overnight Lobby Attendant

**Overview:**A Kolter Hospitality Lobby Attendant delivers service excellence to our guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming public area. This position is responsible for keeping areas such as restrooms, pool area, front desk, fitness center, business center, and executive offices neat and clean.

Performance Expectations:

1. Keep front entrance free of debris and garbage.
2. Dust lobby furniture and other surfaces (low/high dusting).
3. Clean restrooms thoroughly, including washing sinks, toilets, urinals, exposed pipes and doors.
4. Clean fitness center, dust all equipment, empty trash, replace and replenish towels and amenities.
5. Clean business center, empty trash, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and clean doors.
6. Clean offices, empty trash, vacuum, dust.
7. Clean associate locker room.
8. Pick up around pool area, restock with towels, arrange pool furniture.
9. Clean windows and doors, elevator panels, and floor.
10. Restock all supplies.
11. Vacuum carpets.
12. Empty trash receptacles.
13. Follow proper lost and found procedures for guest items left behind.
14. Report any items in need of repair.
15. Follow all safety procedures while working.

Able to work most weekends and holidays.

Report to work on time and in proper uniform.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
