Personal Trainer | Mount Hutton

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Mount Hutton who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

• Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
• 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
• 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
• Your availability
• Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
• Two mornings each week
• This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

• Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
• Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
• A Working with Children Check by the time you start
• What we provide

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Day to day

• Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
• Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
• Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
• Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
