PT-SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Post Tension Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating post-tensioning works at site, including tendon installation, stressing, grouting, and related activities.

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in post-tensioning works and the ability to supervise workers and coordinate effectively with site engineers, QA/QC and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily post-tensioning activities at the construction site.
• Manage and allocate PT workers and technicians according to project requirements.
• Supervise installation of PT tendons, ducts, anchorages, wedges, vents and related components.
• Check tendon profiles, levels, spacing and anchorage locations as per approved drawings.
• Read and understand PT shop drawings, tendon layouts and stressing details.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and other construction teams before concrete casting.
• Supervise stressing operations using approved stressing equipment and procedures.
• Ensure stressing is carried out only after required concrete strength and approvals are obtained.
• Supervise tendon cutting, anchorage protection and grouting works.
• Check materials, tools and equipment before commencement of work.
• Maintain daily records of PT activities, manpower and progress.
• Report site problems, delays, defects and material requirements to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure all works comply with approved method statements, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Follow company HSE procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safe working conditions at the work area.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE departments for inspections and approvals.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Complete assigned PT works according to project schedule and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in post-tensioning works.
• Previous experience as a Post Tension Foreman / PT Foreman / PT Supervisor.
• Strong practical knowledge of PT tendon installation, stressing and grouting.
• Experience with PT slabs, beams and structural concrete works.
• Ability to read and understand PT shop drawings and tendon layouts.
• Experience supervising PT workers and managing site manpower.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality requirements.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
