PTA - IT Support

🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Technician

📍 PTA | Full-Time | On-site & Client-Facing

Khusela Solutions is looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Technician to join our team in Pretoria (PTA).

This role is suited to an IT professional with solid technical support experience who can troubleshoot and resolve IT issues independently, work confidently with clients, and support a variety of SME and corporate IT environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to SME and corporate clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system and network issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 support, user administration and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Support firewalls, backup solutions and network infrastructure.
• Assist with IT installations, upgrades, deployments and infrastructure projects.
• Identify recurring technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Provide professional, client-focused support and communication.

🎓 Requirements:

• Relevant IT qualification (Diploma, Certificate, A+ or N+).
• 3–5 years’ experience in an IT support or technical support role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware, software and general IT infrastructure support.
• Valid driver’s license (essential).
• Own reliable transport (essential).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
