Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH

$39–$40/hour We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Maple Leaf HealthCare Center. Work alongside a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and overall function.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under PT supervision
• Assist with strength, balance, gait, transfers, and mobility training
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus
