Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – CCRC

Full Time and Part Time

Position Summary: Trinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team in Suffolk, VA. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
• Active state license in Virginia
• Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
