Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance with enquiries
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations, including appointment bookings, check-ins and client coordination
- Ensure the reception area and salon are kept clean, organised and well-presented at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure salon supplies are adequately stocked and replenished
- Handle basic cash and payment transactions, and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: 5-day work week
- Part-Time: One weekend and one weekday commitment weekly minimal
