PTP Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes including Payments, GR/IR, P2P Closing, and invoice handling (matching, error resolution, policy and tax compliance).
• Record and escalate exception cases to the AP Manager.
• Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness in line with purchasing requirements.
• Contribute to internal process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems; exposure to SAP or S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin‑speaking regions).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
