Duties

• Assist with the management and coordination of groundworks activities on-site, ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of tools, machinery, and site facilities to guarantee optimal operation
• Operate relevant driving equipment such as diggers, dumpers, or small vehicles to support construction tasks
• Support site managers by organizing materials, managing deliveries, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to relay updates, report issues, and coordinate daily activities
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety checks, and maintenance logs
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized work environment that adheres to health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with experience operating construction vehicles or machinery is preferred
• CPCS/NPORS Dumper, Roller, or Digger certification is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks on tools and equipment with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills related to groundworks and site management

Pay: £21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
