About Us: We are a small but dynamic business specializing in Screening we require the

PU Moulder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• · Polyurethane Formulation: Accurately measure and calibrate ratios of multiple component polyurethane to meet specified hardness and product specifications.

· Planning and Procurement: Plan work orders efficiently, work out what consumables will be needed to complete job, and fill out purchase requisitions to get consumables ordered.

• Drawing Interpretation and Jig Construction: Interpret technical drawings and construct simple casting jigs in alignment with the drawing specifications of polyurethane products.
• Jig and Moulding Development: Work together with other departments to construct intricate jigs and moulding, ensuring seamless integration into the production process.
• Jig and Moulding Setup: Set up existing jigs and mouldings for the casting of polyurethane products, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in operating and maintaining a 2-component casting machine and hand-held mixing head.
• Hand Casting Proficiency: Hand casting of polyurethane products.
• Grinding and Finishing: Perform grinding and finishing tasks on cast polyurethane products to meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Precision and Efficiency: Work with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the production process.
• Timekeeping and Documentation: Complete timely and accurate timekeeping on job cards, maintaining organized records of tasks performed.
• Materials Tracking and Job Card Issuance: Keep meticulous track of materials used and issue job cards accordingly to maintain accurate records.

Stock Take Responsibility: Conduct stock take for the department when necessary, contributing to effective inventory management
