Overview
As Assistant Manager, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading the team to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations in the bar setting, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food production processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, including cooks, to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide training and support to new employees, helping them integrate into the team effectively.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience in team management within a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in food production or restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of bartending practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
