Pub manager

General Manager with living accommodation for a freehold pub in a picturesque semi rural setting with a good community spirit is a wet sale only premises

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day operations of the bar, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Manage employee scheduling, time management

Maintain a well stocked clean and safe bar compliance with health & safety guidelines

Monitor & control costs, ensuring adherence to the organizations budget

Handle ordering and stock control

Recruit and train staff

Maintain and update POS systems decor and publicity, including social media

Plan and oversee special events The ideal candidate will require previous bar management experience of at least 1 year with strong organization skills and excellent communication skills proficiency skills in managing budgets and stock control with ability to plan and execute special events and knowledge of social media markets and maintaining a strong online presence to apply today by sending your up to date cv including contact details we will be conducting interviews over the next few weeks
