Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Public Activity Coordinator to be a full-time member of our team based in our Brisbane Head Office in Spring Hill.

We are wanting an experienced candidate who is honest, reliable and has a reputation for demonstrating initiative.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

·         Previous experience coordinating Surgery Connect activity within a private hospital, public hospital or Surgery Connect environment is highly desirable.

·         Demonstrated experience using SCAN, including patient monitoring, reporting, data extraction and activity management is highly desirable.

·         Understanding of patient registration, admissions and patient flow processes.

·         Experience producing operational and performance reports.

·         Knowledge of public hospital outsourcing programs and elective surgery pathways is highly desirable.

·         Experience engaging with Medical Practitioners and doctors' rooms is highly desirable.

·         Strong organisational and coordination skills.

·         Excellent attention to detail and commitment to administrative excellence.

·         Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

·         Ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.

·         Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

·         Ability to influence outcomes across multiple sites.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
