Are you a communications professional with experience in public affairs, community outreach, public relations, or stakeholder engagement ? We are seeking a Public Affairs Specialist to support outreach initiatives, public communications, community engagement efforts, and special projects for a public sector organization.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Support public affairs and community outreach initiatives

✅ Coordinate communications with stakeholders, employees, and the public

✅ Assist with special projects, presentations, reports, and public information campaigns

✅ Create and distribute written communications and outreach materials

✅ Track program data, maintain records, and support administrative functions

✅ Represent the organization professionally at community and public events

Qualifications

✔ Experience in Public Affairs, Public Relations, Communications, Community Outreach, Government Relations, or a related field

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ Excellent organization and project coordination abilities

✔ Experience working with public agencies, municipalities, utilities, or government organizations is a plus

✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
