This is an important role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout public areas of the hotel
• Clean and present guest-facing areas including reception, corridors, lounges, meeting rooms and public facilities (where applicable)
• Ensure public areas remain clean, safe and welcoming throughout the day
• Replenish guest supplies and consumables where required
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and operational requirements
• Report maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns
• Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and company standards
• Support the wider Housekeeping team when required
• Help create a positive first impression for guests and visitors

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Positive and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Pride in maintaining clean and welcoming environments
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Commitment to delivering great standards and guest experiences
