PUBLIC AREA CLEANER - working 10am-2pm - 5 days or /10am-3pm - 4 days includes working weekends.

Rate of Pay from £12.71-£12.97 paid on a monthly basis.

Ness Walk Hotel, a luxury 5-star hotel nestled on the banks of the River Ness in Inverness, is seeking a dedicated Public Area Cleaner to join our housekeeping team.

As a vital part of our team, you will ensure our guest areas, lounges, and reception areas maintain an immaculate, flawless standard that impresses our guests from the moment they arrive.

Duties -

• Maintain pristine presentation of all public areas, including reception, lounges, public restrooms, and corridors.
• Deep clean and polish high-touch surfaces, luxury furnishings, and flooring to 5-star standards.
• Proactively manage supplies by restocking guest amenities in public areas and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting guests and offering assistance with a polite, helpful attitude when working in our front of house areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness and presentation.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality, high-end commercial, or cleaning environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional appearance suitable for interacting with 5-star guests.
• Reliability and stamina to handle physical cleaning tasks while working independently or as part of a team.
