Responsibilities:

• Provide daily on-the-job training to PA cleaners to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Take charge of all activities on public area
• Handle guest enquiries/requests/complaints
• Protect and maintain hotel properties in good order
• Control the supplies and amenities of the storage
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Housekeeping Department of sizeable hotels
• With experience in handling/using cleaning-related machines are preferred
• Independent and flexible, able to work under pressure
• Computer literate
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
