Public Attendant Runner

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairways, and other assigned areas.
• Perform regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Replenish toiletries, tissue, towels, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver requested items to guest rooms or designated areas.
• Transport linens, amenities, supplies, equipment, and other materials as required.
• Assist housekeeping staff with room and public-area operations when needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and equipment.
• Follow proper safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
