Public Entity General Liability Adjuster

Our client is a Third Party Administrator is looking for a Public Entity General Liability Adjuster for their Direct Hire Opening. Our client pays 100% of the employees healthcare coverage and asks the employee to be in-office 1 day per week (Wednesday).

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Public Entity experience in the State of California
• Identify liability and potential defenses, including use of governmental immunities, comparative negligence, joint tort feasors and joint several liability.
• Develop information on damages including: Property damage; Nature and extent of injuries; Medical costs; Lost wages; and other damages.
• Obtain all necessary documents for all appropriate parties upon settlement of a claim (releases, court documents, settlement agreements etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
