Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of transactional legal experience
- Experience in Public Finance, Real Estate, Securities, or other transactional practice areas preferred
- Interest in municipal finance, special district representation, affordable housing, or economic development is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on public finance transactions
- Assist with municipal finance and special district matters
- Support affordable housing and economic development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
- Collaborate with partners and clients on complex financing matters
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and writing skills
- Georgia Bar admission preferred; required within one year of joining the firm
Pay: $60,476.81 - $72,832.28 per year
Work Location: In person
