Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and public offices.

• Handle all statutory registrations, renewals, and approvals (Factory License, Pollution Control Board, ROC, etc.).
• Manage company documentation related to PF, ESI, Labour Department, and other compliance matters.
• Coordinate with legal and administrative departments for submission of documents and reports.
• Represent the company during inspections, audits, and official visits.
• Prepare and maintain official correspondence, applications, and renewal records.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, vendors, and community representatives.
• Support management in CSR activities, public events, and company promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Stay informed about government policies, industrial regulations, and legal updates relevant to the company.
• Banking and Finance related records maintenance.
