Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all government relations with UAE authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department and GPSSA).
• Oversee end‑to‑end visa, labor, and immigration processes for large‑scale construction manpower, including bulk processing and compliance.
• Manage company trade licenses, contracting permits, NOCs, and construction‑related approvals across projects.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and contracting requirements; advise management on regulatory changes.
• Support project mobilization, government inspections, and audits, ensuring zero delays to site operations.
• Maintain governance over document control, expiry tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a PRO, within construction, contracting, and developing companies (experience in UAE is mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of UAE government systems and portals (MOHRE, ICA / ICP, TAMM, TASHEEL, GDRFA)
• Proficient in English and Arabic will be an added advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
