Public Relation Officer - PRO

• Handle all government-related transactions on behalf of the company.
• Process employment visas, visa renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
• Handle Ministry of Labour processes, including work permits, labour clearances, contracts, and related approvals.
• Process Resident Cards, medical examinations, and other employee documentation.
• Manage and follow up on company registrations, licenses, permits, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of employee visas, permits, licenses, and government transactions.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Administration, and other departments for employee-related government requirements.
• Handle document preparation, submission, collection, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
• Support the company with any additional government-related requirements and official correspondence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Oman regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience handling government portals and online applications.
