Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government relations, visa processing, corporate licensing, and official documentation across our entities. The ideal candidate will ensure full operational compliance with UAE government portals and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government Portals Management: Process work permits, entry permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status adjustments via MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP platforms.
• Corporate Documentation: Handle trade license renewals, commercial registrations, tenancy contracts (Ejari), and brand registrations with relevant government authorities.
• Legal Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure all HR, immigration, and employment practices remain fully compliant.
• Document Processing: Coordinate medical fitness tests, Emirates ID typing/fingerprinting, and document attestation for all company personnel.
• Liaison & Support: Serve as the primary representative for the company with MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, and other official entities.
• Record Keeping: Track all expiry dates (visas, trade licenses, permits, legal registrations) to prevent late renewals, fines, or penalties.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong, in-depth working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and UAE Labour Law.
• System Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating official UAE government online portals, e-Dirham systems, and smart applications.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Aric (both written and spoken) is preferred.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driver’s License.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
