Public Relations & Guest Relations Manager

About the role

This role combines PR, Business Development, and Guest Relations for a luxury steakhouse, focusing on high-net-worth individual acquisition, corporate B2B outreach, VIP relationship management, and brand strategy execution.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach, invite, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), food connoisseurs, and tastemakers into regular Meatguy Steakhouse guests
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits and pitches to corporate executives, luxury brands, embassies, and event planners to secure corporate dining accounts, group bookings, and private events
• Build, expand, and continuously engage an extensive database of VIP clients and corporate key decision-makers
• Craft and execute PR strategies, manage media/influencer relationships, and oversee press opportunities to maintain Meatguy Steakhouse's luxury positioning
• Oversee end-to-end VIP dining experiences, ensuring personalized touchpoints, seamless reservation handling, and exceptional guest retention
• Identify and negotiate strategic co-branding partnerships, private dining activations, and high-profile lifestyle events

About you

• Minimum 3–5 years of strong PR, Business Development, or Guest Relations experience within luxury F&B, fine dining, or 5-star hospitality
• Proven, high-quality database of active HNWIs, lifestyle media, luxury brand contacts, and corporate key decision-makers
• Strong track record in direct B2B sales, corporate outreach, and proactive client acquisition
• Deep understanding of fine dining standards, luxury hospitality trends, premium meats, and high-end consumer behavior
• Exceptional command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) with a polished, executive-level presentation
• Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and capable of meeting reservation and revenue targets
