Public Relations & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support registration with the tax department, municipality license and lease agreement in respect of the office space of the Branch
• Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations, including inventory management, and logistics planning.
• Coordinate and monitor ROP, local transportation and related System operations.
• Handle vehicle registration and vehicle inspection
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities
• Facilitate and support work permit, residency, visa and immigration related documentation including and final arrangements
• Prepare letters of invitation and obtain required attestation
• Scheduling staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments
• Coordinate collecting all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed by the Oman Branch
• Support staff queries on visa/passport and general related matters
• Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arranging for timely renewal
• Assist Human Resources with all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters
• Office administrative / hr support, as required
• Public Relations
• Signboard Approvals
• CR Paper updates, etc
• Any other tasks assigned by the Immediate Manager and Management

Other Requirements:

• Graduate or a relevant college diploma holder
• Experience: 5 years plus. Same industry experience is preferred
• Omani(Required)
• English language (Required)
• Arabic Language (Required)
• Oman Driving License (Required)
• Own vehicle (Required)
• less than 35 years
