Public Relations Assistant

Stello Lavish Home is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage the company’s social media presence, build customer relationships, and create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Work Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s social media accounts and create regular content.
• Stello Lavish Home deals in lights and furniture, and the candidate will be responsible for promoting these products through Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging reels, videos, posts and stories to showcase the company’s products.
• Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera for product and promotional videos.
• Create videos for products, deals, offers and new launches.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Visit customers across Delhi NCR, when required, to create customer testimonial videos.
• Coordinate customer home visits for testimonials and provide a return gift as part of the customer engagement process.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help increase the company’s social media engagement and online presence.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Interest in content creation, reels and social media trends.
• Creative approach to promoting products.
• Customer-friendly attitude.
• Comfortable travelling for customer visits within Delhi NCR when required.
