Public Relations Assistant

· To talk to and answer queries from patients, relatives and consultants, and attend phone calls in the ward.

· To maintain each patient’s file and charge the patient according to the procedure performed, stay etc. in the billing sheet (according to the hospital schedule of charges)

· Central Services Medical Attendance / PMC/Other company’s undertakings.

· Sanction letters from government/Insurance agencies.

· To give estimated cost for the stay/surgery and take office sanctions prior to specific.

· To keep track of cheques, undertakings, and letters if there is any procedure or due for payment.

· Maintain a due book and reports daily to the Public Relation Officer/ Nursing Superintendent as required.

· To assist admin co-ordinators during their visits to the ward.

· Thorough check of patient files during discharge and ensure & check timely completion of billing procedures.

· To co-ordinate with billing and TPA staff for bill and discharge card.

· To give memos for advance payments and get the amounts paid by the relatives of patients from time to time, to avoid accumulation of heavy dues.

· Distribution & collection of feedback forms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
