About the role

Responsible for identifying, contacting, and building relationships with KOLs/influencers that align with company needs, establishing collaborations for promotional activities and campaigns, negotiating cooperation terms and benefits, managing communication and coordination with KOLs during the collaboration process, and ensuring collaborative activities run according to company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Search, contact, and build relationships with KOLs/influencers suitable for company needs
• Establish cooperation for promotional activities and campaigns
• Conduct negotiations regarding forms of cooperation and benefits
• Manage communication and coordination with KOLs during the collaboration process
• Ensure collaborative activities run according to company targets
• Conduct research and identify KOLs suitable for target audiences

About you

• Minimum S1 education, all majors
• Experience in Public Relations, KOL/Influencer Management, Marketing, Partnership, or related fields is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Networking and relationship management capabilities
• Understanding of social media trends and KOL/influencer characteristics
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Communicative, confident, and proactive
• Able to build relationships well and possess extensive networking
• Comfortable using social media
• Able to work with targets
