Public Relations

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Public Relations professional to strengthen the company's reputation, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead communication initiatives, particularly in supporting the company's rebranding and transformation.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to develop compelling corporate narratives that reflect the company's vision, values, and brand identity. This role will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective, and impactful communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations and corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and rebranding initiatives.
• Develop corporate narratives, key messages, press releases, media statements, and other communication materials to communicate the company's new brand identity and strategic direction.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and other relevant external parties.
• Lead communication initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, corporate reputation, and stakeholder trust.
• Support the planning and execution of the company's rebranding, including communication plans, brand messaging, and launch activities.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments to ensure consistency in corporate messaging across business units and communication channels.
• Manage media inquiries, public announcements, and external communications professionally and effectively.
• Develop internal communication initiatives to ensure employees understand and align with the company's new identity, vision, and values.
• Identify potential reputational risks and support crisis communication planning and execution.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and communication performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare communication reports and strategic recommendations for management.
• Manage communication projects, timelines, and external partners to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, or related roles.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
• Proven experience in developing communication strategies and managing corporate reputation.
• Experience in company rebranding, brand repositioning, or organizational transformation is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
• Experience in media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and crisis communication.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the education industry or a multi-business organization is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and attention to detail.
