Public Relations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive PR to manage media relations, PR operations, external agency coordination, corporate communications, and brand visibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with external PR agencies, including budgets and deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day PR operations and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and media.
• Gather and consolidate inputs from internal teams for PR requirements.
• Monitor and circulate media coverage, mentions, and alerts.
• Handle media queries and coordinate with the content team for timely responses.
• Coordinate and manage media interactions, interviews, and spokesperson engagements.
• Ensure spokespeople are well-prepared and aligned with key messaging.
• Track, measure, and report PR outcomes and media coverage.
• Monitor potential reputation/crisis situations and support crisis communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals and PR partners.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, or PR Agency.
• Experience working with or managing PR agencies will be preferred.
• Strong media network and understanding of the PR/media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple PR activities independently.
• Knowledge of media monitoring, coverage tracking, brand communication, and crisis management.
