Public Relations Executive

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and communication-savvy Public Relations (PR) Executive to join our team at Namaskar India, Sector 16, Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media organizations, and other stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the organizations public relations activities, coordinating with media professionals, managing communications, and helping strengthen the organization’s public image and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with media representatives for interviews, press interactions, events, and other PR activities.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, announcements, and other communication materials.
• Identify relevant media opportunities and support effective media outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences, meetings, and media events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports and updates.
• Track relevant news, trends, and public conversations related to the organization and industry.
• Support the development and execution of PR and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
• Maintain updated media contact databases and PR records.
• Handle communication with media professionals in a timely and professional manner.
• Support social media and digital communication initiatives when required.
• Ensure all external communications maintain the organization’s professional image and tone.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in public relations, media relations, journalism, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Good understanding of the media and digital landscape.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with media professionals.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing relationships with journalists and media organizations.
