Job Description  職位描述

• Responsible for corporate investment & financing project planning and implementation; proactively source and connect with institutional investors and industrial capital;
  負責公司融資項目規劃、對接及落地；主動拓展及尋找機構投資人、產業資本。
• Oversee investor roadshow and institutional investor research & exchange activities;
  統籌投資路演和機構投資者調研與交流活動。
• Public relations and media maintenance, responsible for writing and distributing press releases, announcements, and other market communication materials;
  公共關係與媒體維護，負責撰寫和分發新聞稿、公告及其他市場通訊材料；
• Maintaining good relationships with the media to promote the brand image;
  維護與媒體的良好關係，促進品牌形象；
• Developing and executing public relations activities to enhance the company's market visibility;
  制定並執行公關活動，以提高公司的市場知名度；
• Develop diversified media channels, maintain close interactive relations with mainstream financial media, technology media and industry vertical media, and shape and enhance the company’s technology brand image in the AI robotics industry;
  搭建多元化媒體渠道，與主流財經媒體、科技媒體、行業垂直媒體保持緊密互動關係，塑造並提升公司於 AI 機械人行業的科技品牌形象；
• Integrate online promotion resources: formulate online brand communication plans, operate official online platforms, combine content operation, social media communication and industry online activities to continuously raise the company’s industry popularity and influence;
  整合線上推廣資源：制定線上品牌傳播方案，運營官方線上陣地，結合內容運營、社交媒體傳播、行業線上活動等方式，持續提升公司行業知名度與影響力；
• Responsible for crisis management, monitoring media coverage, issue management, and crisis handling, as well as monitoring market trends to timely adjust communication strategies;
  負責危機管理，監察媒體報導、議題操作與危機處理，並監控市場趨勢，以便及時調整傳播策略；
• Assist with temporary work as needed；
  根據需要協助完成臨時工作；

Job  Specification  職位要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  本科或以上學歷，主修市場營銷、傳播學、公共關係或相關領域。
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in communication or public relations roles.
  至少5年相關工作經驗，曾擔任傳播或公關經驗者優先。
• Familiarity with media relations and capital market communications.
  熟悉媒體關係和資本市場溝通。
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
  優秀的文案撰寫、故事敘述和編輯能力。
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, fluent in both Chinese, English and Putonghua.
  出色的寫作和口頭表達能力，能夠流利使用中英文及國語。
• Good at cooperation, communication and as part of a team;
  善於合作、溝通，並具有團隊精神；
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  具備優秀的組織和時間管理能力，能夠在壓力下工作。
