Public Relations Manager

As Hillside Leisure Group, we are willing to work with a Public Relations Manager who will be in charge of the Hillside brands in our Head Office Etiler, having the following skills and experience;

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Relations, media relations and event management
• Strong understanding of media landscapes, emerging communication trends and innovative PR approaches
• Experience in managing and coordinating local and international PR agencies and external partners
• High interpersonal and excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• Result oriented and self-motivated personality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Enjoy being a part of highly motivated and demanding team
• Passionate about following industry and world trends
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential, as the role requires daily communication with international media, PR agencies and global partners
• University degree in Communications, Social Sciences or Business Administration
• Researching, monitoring, analyzing and applying sustainability activities to business processes
• Producing projects and/or supporting existing projects on energy efficiency, carbon footprint, EU Green Deal and environmentally friendly production

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate local and international PR agencies, including briefing, target setting, performance monitoring and evaluation
• Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle PR plans and media activities in international and local markets
• Manage multiple PR projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, coordination, execution and follow-up
• Manage communication activities with with key journalists, editors, media representatives and influencers
• Identify and develop strategic PR opportunities, partnerships and collaborations with international brands, institutions and communities
• Lead the planning and execution of press trips, media events, launches, brand experiences and other PR initiatives in collaboration with brand management and relevant internal teams
• Checking and editing internal and external contents / Good command of content management
• Develop and manage sustainability communication initiatives and support the communication of relevant sustainability projects and commitments
