Job Summary

We are seeking a Public Relations Manager to develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen our company’s reputation and brand presence. The successful candidate will manage media relations, create engaging content, coordinate public relations activities, and work closely with internal teams to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and maintain a positive public image.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, media statements, speeches, newsletters, and communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, company announcements, and public events.
• Monitor media coverage and provide reports on public relations activities and outcomes.
• Support crisis communication planning and manage responses when required.
• Collaborate with marketing, management, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience managing media relations and developing communication strategies.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital communications, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
