About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Russian-Speaking VIP Public Relations Manager with a proven track record of managing relationships with Russian-speaking VIPs, HNWIs, prominent business figures, investors, senior executives, and influential individuals.

This is a highly relationship-driven position requiring more than Russian language proficiency. The successful candidate must possess genuine experience, professional credibility, and an established network within Russian-speaking high-level circles.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain high-level relationships with Russian-speaking VIPs, HNWIs, investors, executives, and prominent individuals.

* Act as a trusted representative and point of contact for the company.

* Manage sensitive communications and high-value relationships with complete discretion.

* Arrange VIP meetings, introductions, private events, and business engagements.

* Identify strategic opportunities through established relationships and professional networks.

* Represent the company professionally in high-level Russian-speaking business and social environments.

* Maintain and continuously expand a strong network of Russian-speaking influential contacts.

* Handle confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

* Coordinate closely with senior management on VIP relationships and strategic opportunities.

Russian Market & Network Expertise – Essential

The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of the Russian-speaking business environment and established relationships within relevant high-level circles.

We are specifically seeking an individual who understands the business culture, relationship dynamics, communication standards, and professional networks within Russian-speaking markets and communities.

Being a Russian speaker alone is not sufficient for this position.

Essential Requirements

* Fluent Russian and English.

* Proven experience dealing directly with Russian-speaking VIPs, HNWIs, prominent individuals, investors, or senior executives.

* A demonstrable track record of successful high-level relationship management.

* An established and relevant Russian-speaking professional network.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Exceptional discretion and confidentiality.
