• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing timely reports and insights to leadership.
• Coordinate press conferences, events, and community outreach initiatives to promote organizational initiatives and achievements.
• Manage crisis communication efforts by preparing responses and addressing issues proactively to protect the organization’s reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
