Public Relations Manager

Job Insights:

· 6–10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or integrated communications, including complex B2B technology such as enterprise software, AI, cloud, IT operations or automation.

· Demonstrated success developing media strategies and securing meaningful business, technology and trade coverage.

· Experience working with senior executives, preparing spokespeople and managing PR agencies or communications partners.

· Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and nontechnical audiences.

· Strong project management and sound judgment; ability to manage competing priorities, align stakeholders and drive execution.

· Collaborative working style, with confidence to recommend priorities, challenge weak ideas and help teams reach decisions.

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Relationships with journalists covering enterprise technology, AI, cloud, IT operations, observability or automation.

· Experience with global communications, distributed executive teams, analyst relations, executive social media, awards or speaking programs.

· Familiarity with agentic AI or AIOps, communications measurement, share of voice, AI visibility and crisis or issues communications.
