Public Relations Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy PR & Influencer Marketing Intern to support Bubble Gum Wax in influencer outreach, PR coordination, and brand awareness campaigns. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in social media, influencer marketing, beauty, lifestyle, PR, and content creator management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suitable influencers and content creators from TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8
• Research influencers based on location, content style, engagement, and target audience
• Support outreach to influencers for non-paid / service-barter collaborations
• Prepare simple pitch messages and follow up with influencers
• Coordinate influencer appointments with outlet teams
• Assist in tracking influencer posting deadlines and campaign deliverables
• Monitor influencer content performance such as views, engagement, enquiries, and bookings
• Update influencer database and collaboration records
• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly campaign reports
• Support PR, marketing campaigns, events, and other ad-hoc marketing tasks when required

About you

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business, Digital Media, or related field
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Lemon8, and current social media trends
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Interested in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and influencer marketing
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required; training and guidance will be provided
