Public Relations Officer – Hospital

• Handle patient and visitor enquiries professionally and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, attendants, doctors, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Address patient concerns and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Explain hospital services, facilities, procedures, and policies to patients and visitors.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth patient support and communication.
• Support patient feedback collection and maintain records of complaints, enquiries, and resolutions.
• Assist in improving patient satisfaction and overall hospital experience.
• Coordinate public relations activities, awareness programs, health camps, and hospital events.
• Support communication and promotional activities to enhance the hospital's public image.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital-related information.
• Prepare basic reports related to patient relations, feedback, complaints, and PR activities.
• Represent the hospital in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
