- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of audiences and organisations.
- Experience managing social media, online communities, Discord servers, or other digital communication platforms is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive professional relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple communications and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Good judgement when dealing with sensitive, confidential, or potentially controversial situations.
- A genuine interest in technology, online communities, digital services, or the broader technology industry is highly desirable.
