Public Relations Officer

Duties & Responsibility

• Provide administrative support to Project Manager and team.
• Manage hotline and public relations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Manage biometric enrolment (face recognition/ PENSEES) for site access and attendance monitoring for direct and subcontractors worker.
• Prepare reports for site walk inspection findings with rectifications.
• Record and file site memos, SOIs and other correspondence.
• Record daily manpower and work activities.
• Document control, maintain accurate registers and tracking deliverables.
• Maintain daily rainfall records for EOT Claims.
• Prepare RTO OT request.
• Order materials.
• Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Submit EPSS data and assist in CONQUAS application and test booking.
• Compile and submit of Constructability score calculations and supporting documents.
• Maintain records for Green Mark and GGBS submissions (waste management).
• Account journal entry by our Accounts software.
• Check & verify supplier invoices.
• Adhoc duties.

Requirements

• Minimum5 years working experience in similar position in construction sector.
• Constructionsite & fast pace working environment.
• 6working days and able to work overtime when required.
