Public Relations Officer (MNC, B2B)

Responsibilities

• Support the team in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing collateral, executive speeches, media statements and press releases.
• Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, including media buying and advertisement production.
• Coordinate the printing and production of event-related materials, including brochures, flyers, show previews, posters, catalogues, post-show reports, e-newsletters, e-flyers and e-cards.
• Coordinate on-site media support before and throughout trade shows and events.
• Handle clerical and administrative duties to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Public Relations, Communications, Languages, Journalism or related fields are preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in public relations or marketing communications. Established media contacts in Hong Kong will be an advantage.
• Native-level English proficiency, with excellent English copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication and media-relations skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Detail-oriented, well organised, able to work independently under pressure and a collaborative team player.
• Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Public Relations Officer position.
