Public Relations Officer (PRO)

• Coordinate with Supervisor, Sub-con representatives, RTO and residents for necessary appointments and follow-up (where applicable).

• Handle submissions, applications, and follow-ups with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

• Manage public enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence related to project and regulatory matters.

• Maintain good communication and working relationships with external parties.

• Support site operations by coordinating with relevant authorities when required.

• Foster positive relationships with residents to work closely with the relevant parties.

• Conduct regular on-site visits to residents’ units for activities such as condition surveys, handing over units with the completed internal work and/or appointments made.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Officer and/or management.

Requirements:

• O level or Diploma/Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiar with government procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in construction/project environment will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently

• Better has work experience at HDB Project

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Ability to speak dialects (e.g. Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew) will be an advantage.

• Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
