Public Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Duties

• Design, coordinate, and execute outreach programs to engage community members, organizations.
• Develop marketing materials and manage social media platforms to raise awareness about our services and events.
• Deliver compelling public presentations and speeches to promote our mission at community events, schools, and public forums.
• Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts to measure impact and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with program teams to develop new initiatives that address community needs.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to outreach activities, including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
• Experience in program development, project management, marketing, and social media management.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis related to community outreach or public health initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks such as reporting and record maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
