PUBLIC RELATIONS SUPERVISOR

The Public Relations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies for retail and trading brands/products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring of publicity and public relations efforts and activities.
• Leads and mentors PR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
• Coordinates with concerned including partner agencies, all PR program requirements prior publication/implementation.
• Builds and sustains relationships with print, broadcast and online media.
• Monitors media releases that impact on the business of GBPI and its related companies.
• Facilitates and initiates internal communication efforts including but not limited to circulation of corporate announcements and newsletter.
• Participates and assists in the conduct of corporate programs and/or brand events.
• Collaborates with media and/or corporate interviews where the President is involved.
• Prepares regular reports: Mancom, project list, brand performance, budget appropriation, and management review.
• Performs any other task and duties which may be assigned from time to time upon proper orientation and/or training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of four (4) year communication course, with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Has leadership experience
• At least 3-4 years of experience in writing and editing of articles
• News, feature and speech writing
• Editing, proofreading, and data encoding
• Research and data gathering
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Preferably with knowledge or background in ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, cGMP, and HALAL requirements and standards.
• Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
